to choose a program Category
Once you have entered the
Program Registration area you will be able to search for a program by Date, Category,
Program Code, or Session.
·
To search for a program by date
enter the beginning date and the ending date.
Example: Begin date from March XX to June XX.
Example:
o
Aquatics K-6
o
Aquatics Adult
o
Arts & Crafts K-6
o
Dance Preschool
o
Etc.
·
To search by program code, just key
in the course code available in our catalog.
·
To search by Session Code: Key in the session you are registering
for. Our session codes are as follows: YYSUM, YYFAL, YYWIN, YYSPR.
For example, our next session is 04SUM.
These are classes that will be offered in our Summer 04 session.

Once you have selected all of your criteria using the
“Program Category” selections, you will see a program list with the following
information:

Program Name and a brief description
·
Program Details: This field specifies the course code and
session.
·
Dates the program begins and ends
·
Time program begins and ends
·
Days of week class is held
·
Number of slots that remain open for
the class
·
Number of participants on wait list
(Note: you must contact the YWCA registration
office to be put on a wait list. You
may do this by calling 609-497-2100 ext. 0 or email us at membership@ywcaprinceton.org.
Choose the class you wish to register for by clicking the
Orange Login box for the particular course.

You must Login to
Register for a class.
Hit the “Login Here to Access Registration”
Your password is
automatically set to your first initial of your first name + first initial of
your last name + birthdate (mmddyy)
Example: John Doe born 02/01/1968
JD020168
If you experience
trouble logging in, please contact The YWCA Princeton’s Registration Office at
609-497-2100 ext. 0.
After logging into the system..
You will see a
list of your family members.
Click on the name
of the family member you would like to register.

Once
you have selected the program you want to register for, you must enter your
payment information:
Card
Type:
Account
#:
Expiration
date:
Cardholders
name
You
must enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on your credit
card. Click “Continue”
You will now see the cost of
the program and your credit card information…
Click
on “Add to Cart”
At
this point, you can continue to register for additional classes by clicking on “Continue” or you may “Proceed to Checkout”.
If you found you registered for the wrong
course, you may hit the “Delete” key
to take you out of the course.
If you “Proceed
to Checkout” at this point you will need to hit the final blue “Checkout” button. You will receive a
confirmation on your screen for printing and an email confirmation. Your credit card will be charged the Total
that appears on your confirmation receipt.
“Logoff” will stop registration completely.

our registration office. If you should
need to make any changes after you have confirmed your registration you will
